    In December 2011, my daughter told me that she would like to purchase a condo and would I be willing to help her. I said of course and we immediately started searching .I saw a listing with Lauren Iraeta and I called her immediately. We set up a meeting with Lauren within a couple of days. Lauren said she liked to spend some time with the prospective purchaser to get an idea of their preferences,location, price range etc. That way she would have as good an idea as possible to match the purchaser and the right condo. We only looked at 3 condos and my daughter quickly decided on the one she really wanted.So the negotiations began. One of the first things I can say about Lauren is that she listens carefully to the client. My daughter and I had many questions and Lauren answered them or if she didn't know the answer she found out.Her accessibility is above average. We got e-mail responses at 7 or 8 or even 9 o'clock at night. And it wasn't just during the week. She responded to any questions we had on weekends as well. So her listening skills and sense of customer service are excellent. In early March my daughter closed on her condo and has now moved in and enjoying it very much.
